Our Full Day Kindergarten program runs from 8 am – 2:45 pm and is designed to meet the needs of the 5-year-old learner as he or she prepares to enter 1st grade the following year.  Caring teachers use the Envision Math program and Wilson Fundations Reading program to introduce and teach kindergarten concepts in a developmentally appropriate way. Play-based and student-centered activities help them to develop a love for learning, as they explore the world around them both inside our spacious classroom and outside in our outdoor learning space. Students start each day with a short worship circle that teaches them age-appropriate stories from the Bible that helps them gain an affection for the Lord and His loving care of each one of us. Kindergarteners enjoy weekly music classes, art classes, and opportunities to move and play in our big gym and outdoor play space. Creative projects and activities allow our students plenty of opportunities to expand their learning experience and develop their skills.
